Join other women 35 years and over for fitness and fun while you learn the fundamental skills of Australian Rules Football, finishing off the program with a game of Footy 4 Fun. Please wear active wear and sneakers and bring a drink bottle. Arrive 15 mins before first session for check-in. It all starts with a QuickKick!
