A better way to do game payments

PlayHQ is pleased to announce an enhancement to the integration with game payments partner Teampay, extending PlayHQ’s existing payment capabilities in community sport.

The first phase of the PlayHQ and Teampay integration, launched in September 2021, made fixture information from PlayHQ available within the Teampay Association dashboard.

The newly released second phase deepens the integration, with PlayHQ’s e–scoring application ingesting Teampay’s data so that administrators can see team payment status within PlayHQ. This enables game-day supervisors and referees to check that game fees have been paid prior to games commencing.

Through the Teampay app, players can make secure payments to their local sporting organisations, instantly displaying the payment status across the entire PlayHQ platform as well as the Teampay association dashboard.

This seamless integration with Teampay will relieve administrators from the manual effort required to reconcile players and payments, meaning a more efficient game-day as well as minimising lost revenue.

Teampay becomes the 10th ecosystem partner of PlayHQ’s integration platform, joining the likes of Glory League, Refbook, Refassist, Mailchimp and Stripe.
