The PlayHQ Admin Portal now encompasses a Fundraising feature. The first of a products' expansion.

The PlayHQ Admin Portal has undergone an exciting makeover to the Products section, which now encompasses a Fundraising feature. This is the beginning of an exciting products' expansion. The addition of fundraising to the platform will empower clubs and associations to streamline and enhance their fundraising campaigns.

Fundraising is an integral part of community sports, supporting initiatives such as building infrastructure, acquiring new equipment, and funding various club activities. Recognising the challenges faced by clubs in managing and running effective fundraisers, PlayHQ has introduced this feature to simplify the process and maximize the impact of fundraising efforts.

Key Features of the Fundraising Feature

Admin Experience:

Merchandise Transformation: The existing Merchandise section of the admin portal has been restructured into 'Products,' where Fundraisers will coexist with Merchandise.

Fundraising Product Creation: Admins can easily create fundraising products either within a registration form or directly within the 'Products' section.

Flexible Donation Options: Admins can pre-define donation amounts for participants or allow them to enter custom amounts.

Reporting: CSV reports (Transaction report and Orders report) will now include Fundraising products, providing comprehensive insights.

Participant Experience:

Seamless Integration: Participants can now see the option to donate to a Fundraiser during registration on the Products page.

Choice of Donation Amount: Participants can choose from pre-defined amounts.

The PlayHQ Fundraising feature aims to address the administrative challenges associated with running fundraising campaigns, offering a more efficient and user-friendly experience for both administrators and participants.
