This online form is for New Players wishing to join a Mordy Flyers team for the upcoming Autumn Season 2024 (Term 1 & Term 2, 2024). Completing this form does NOT guarantee team placement. Your child may be invited to an open skills session to help accommodate team placement pending availability.
