This registration is for a SENIOR player to play an Occasional game during the season, up to three (3) games, unless prior approval from KBA committee is sought. It is not to be used for any finals games and will not count towards any individual statistics. Basketball WA affiliated membership/insurance is REQUIRED PRIOR to this registration. This registration SHOULD NOT be used for the first game.
