Ford Aussie Hoops provides kids with a fun and safe basketball experience that serves as an introduction to a lifetime of involvement in the game.

The Redbacks Holiday Camp is for kids 6 to 12 that love playing basketball. With an emphasis on skill development while playing games to keep it fun and interesting, this camp is perfect for anyone that wants to get better in a fun upbeat environment. Coached by our NBL1 athletes it’s a great chance for young fans to ask questions and be coached by the players they look up to.

Learn from NBL1 West's premier big man, Ioannis Dimakoploulos. With his experience playing internationally in the top levels of Europe and college, Ioannis shares his knowledge in help you improve your game. This is a must for all aspiring young hoopers. There will be 2 sessions. 1 for under 12 and 14 athletes and 1 for under 16 and 18 athletes.

Our first open scrimmages for Perth basketballers. Open to anyone to come down and play open scrimmages against players in their own age groups. Times are: U/12's 8am - 10am U/14's 10am - Noon U/16's Noon - 2pm Open Age 2pm - 4pm Games will be officiated and teams selected and rotated on the day.

Skills Training run in conjunction with JoJo Hoops found by NBL1 scoring record holder Joe Cook-Green.

Designed to upskill basketballers so that they can take the next step in their development. A major part of these sessions will be skill based, improving the fundamentals that matter in the game and teaching players the things that often get bypassed. We will have elements of game play and decision making included.

"She Shoots" is an exclusive basketball camp tailored specifically for girls, providing a supportive and empowering environment for female athletes to hone their skills on the court. Led by experienced coaches and mentors, the camp focuses on developing fundamental basketball techniques, teamwork, and confidence-building exercises. Through drills, scrimmages, and personalized instruction, participants not only improve their basketball abilities but also foster camaraderie.

These skill workshops are short, 2-hour sessions based around developing specific skills for young players. While this workshop is based around developing guard skills, it is not limited to guards as the development of the game has seen all players need these skills to progress through the playing ranks.
